Popping in quickly just to let you know that finally all the pins arrived to us!!! Ahhh what a journey 🤧 We're now doing the quality check, so we’ve started charging your cards to cover the shipping costs and any eventual add-ons you might have selected after the campaign has ended. This is a big step for us, and it means we’re officially getting ready to start shipping your rewards! Yay! 🥹

We can’t thank you enough for your incredible support and patience throughout  all this time. We’re so eager to get the rewards into your hands! ฅ/ᐠ>ヮ<ᐟ\ฅ

As we handle packing all the rewards, we’ll try to keep you updated as much as we can.
We aim to start dispatching the first batch within next week already! You should receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your package is ready ✨

We're here with a quick update to let you know that our manu said that the pins are all packed up and will be finally shipped to us tomorrow!! 😭🎉 Fingers crossed there won't be any further setbacks for them and that both the transportation and customs clearence process will go smoothly and quick 🥺🤞 

As we wrote on other updates: "we really wish we could keep you updated as often as we’d like, but it's hard - especially when there’s not much to share. Please know that even if we’re not communicating all the time, we’re working hard behind the scenes to keep all our projects moving forward, handle productions and fulfillments, and respond to your messages and comments.

It’s just two of us (who are also autistic and adhder) managing everything from our little room, along with our own life and work challenges. So we truly appreciate your kindness and patience, especially when our posts, updates and replies take a bit longer. We promise to always do our best.

Hi everyone!

We finally have a new update for you! This will be the same for all our productions (including other campaigns and our pin club), so we’ll be giving one uniform update since so far we’ve always had the same manufacturer for everything. As you may know from our previous updates, both us and our manufacturer’s rep have faced various personal and health issues over the past few months, starting just right at the beginning of this year -it's been a tough time. This has caused all our productions to be on hold, leading to several months of delays on multiple fronts.

Despite these delays, we were recently promised that everything would have been in our hands by the end of last June, but unfortunately, that didn't happen due to more unforeseen issues they encountered. And we still had no choice but to wait (and look for a new manufacturer to help make up for the delays by covering some production costs out of our own pocket, hoping to speed things up—even if having to start from scratch).

Now, the great news is that things seem to be back to normal with our usual manufacturer, and the situation should be moving forward! Everything for the Spooky Cowstumes, Santa Bunnies and our pin club is FINALLY in the packing phase -and progressing well with the backing cards, general packaging, and various other final preparations, and they have promised to ship everything to us within 2-3 working weeks.

We really hope this is the case, can't wait for them to start shipping them all to us! For now, here are the latest photos we received just today (we should also get the backing card photos for the Santa Bunnies and others -probably also more in the coming days).

 

Thank you so much once again for your patience and understanding. You truly have no idea how much this means to us during this incredibly upsetting and frustrating time.
